We can remove all unwanted general household items, furniture, yard waste, appliances, construction material, and almost all other items found in a home. We are also able to donate any unwanted items when we are in the process of junk removal.
More importantly at Fine Homes Moving we always want to be upfront with you about our pricing. Our pricing is based on volume. Our truck holds 15-20 cubic yards of debris. You only pay for the space your items take up on the truck. We give an allotment of 2 hours to fill the truck, anything over that time may have additional charges. If we need to bag up lose junk, trash, etc, or if extensive sorting/packing is required, $60.00 per 1/2 hour will be charged in addition to the volume cost of the junk removal. The key thing to remember is that with our service you do absolutely NO work.

We cannot dispose of the following items:
Aerosol cans, Animals, Antifreeze, Asbestos, Batteries, Chemical products, Computers, Contaminated oils, Fluorescent tubes, Food Waste, Hazardous Waste, Herbicides & pesticides, Lubricating/hydraulic oil, Medical waste, Motor oil, Oil filters, Other flammable liquids, Paint, Propane tanks, Radioactive material, Railroad ties, Solvents, Tires and Transmission oil.
FREON FEE
Any items that have freon inside them like fridges, freezers, AC Units, or anything with a compressor full of freon still attached there is a $35 fee. This fee covers the cost of disposing the freon. If the compressor is removed prior to pickup this fee is waived but we do not recommend attempting to remove it without the proper knowledge or experience.
